My goal is to help you understand what’s going on ​with your baby, suggest adjustments that can be ​made, and provide tools that support you in this ​season of low sleep so that you can get back to ​enjoying all that motherhood has to offer.

This coaching mentorship is ​for moms who are ​overwhelmed with pregnancy ​or the transition to ​motherhood and just need ​support however they are ​choosing to do this chapter of ​their life.

How Does It Work?

This program allows us to work ​together on a 1-to-1 basis. It's ​customized to your current ​needs. We meet when and ​however it works best for you. ​Text, phone calls, zoom, voice ​messages. I've done it all.

Weekly coaching sessions to check on progress, update your plan and just chat about whatever it is you need to chat about.

Hi, I'm Emily

I'm a mom of two, a maternal and child sleep ​consultant, pre & postnatal personal trainer, CBT-​Fitness Health Coach and have over ten years of ​experience as a NICU Registered Nurse.


I always knew my life's purpose would become clear ​after having kids. The transition to motherhood is a ​wild ride. There are days, weeks, months that feel ​overwhelming. We were never educated on how to ​take on so much all at the same time. My NICU ​experience gave me the practical tools to take care of ​a newborn but nothing prepared me for how different ​my body would feel and move or how to survive on ​such little sleep.


Motherhood with Emily is to fill the gap of caring for a ​mom when she needs it most.Through education, ​support and customized plans - I support moms back ​to feeling like themselves again and enjoy all that being ​a mom has to offer. And it all comes back to getting ​some sleep.
